Are your products safe?
When instructions are followed, the products we use are perfectly safe for you and your family. We use only premium quality products formulated for professional use on fine lawns. Manufacturers include Bayer, Monsanto, Novartis and John Deere. We receive extensive training and are state licensed (#19104) to insure the correct and timely application of products. Manufacturer instructions and EPA regulations are followed to the letter.
How long do we need to stay off the lawn after a treatment?
The area should be avoided for 24 hours or until liquid treatment has dried or dust from granules has settled.
Do I need to be home when you make my treatment?
No. We'll treat your entire lawn (or just the areas we've arranged to treat). We are honest individuals and will provide the same outstanding quality of service whether you're home or not.
Will you provide instructions?
Yes. At each treatment, you'll find instructions on mowing, watering and other information available from your technician, your newsletter, your invoice and our website. Of course, you may call our office as well.
What if I get weeds between treatments?
Sometimes weeds appear between scheduled treatments. When this happens, give us a call or e-mail, if you've subscribed to the program we suggested, we'll come right out to re-treat as needed at no additional charge. If you're next scheduled treatment is within 2 weeks of your service call, we may provide your scheduled service at this time.
How do I pay my bill?
When your treatment is made, a package including an invoice, envelope, newsletter, and referral card will be left at the door. You may pay with cash, check or credit card. You may also have us automatically charge your credit card after each treatment. You have the opportunity to prepay your service at a significant discount. Full payment is required for services before subsequent treatments will be made.
What are your professional affiliations?
We are current members of the Professional Land Care Network (PLANET), The Ohio Lawn Care Association (OLCA), PROOF Management (PROSULT) and the Mentor Area Chamber of Commerce. You may also find references to our integrity at The Better Business Bureau and Angie's List. We maintain an active role in these organizations to provide ongoing technical and professional expertise for our customers.
